Ruth Truth 17: May you be richly rewarded!

"May you be richly rewarded by the Lord...under whose wings you have come to take refuge." Ruth 2:12

I can talk about money, investing, real estate and stocks all day long. That's my passion and I suppose my gifting. 

The danger is this. It is easy to place our confidence and trust in what we have and our own abilities. In fact, the MORE we HAVE, the greater the danger that our wealth can HAVE US. 

Ruth was working in Boaz's field and in a way, Boaz is the one "being kind to her". But Boaz rightly points her to the SOURCE. 

Baby birds have no way to fend for themselves. They need to be fed and protected by their parents. Just imagine the picture of a baby bird sitting in its nest, being cuddled and protected, fed, kept warm. 

No matter where you are in life, I pray you will always have this picture in mind, and remember the SOURCE of your comfort, protection and provision.

If you're facing challenging circumstances, remember you will be taken care of. If you are in a position to bless, why not be a Boaz and channel of blessing?
